I purchased this as it was a touch smaller than others available which was what I needed.
When it arrived, I was suprised to find I had to build (I assumed they all came ready made). When I opened it up I was very disheartened because it looked really complicated to build.
However, it was quite easy and I was very pleased with it. It is comfy and my son has temporarily decided to use it as his bed!!!!

assembly instructions unclear, silver paint was peeling of in assembly, but once assembled was very sturdy and good to sleep on.

The bed is a second. I did not expect ‘like new’. The bed frame is a bit chipped and bent but perfectly servicable. The mattress however has never recovered from being vacum packed and is lumpy and remains smelly. A button has also come out of it leaking filling onto the floor.
Unfortunately by the time we had room to unpack it and given it a fair chance to settle, the seven day deadline for returns had passed.
If you buy this product, unpack it immediately.
