This is very poor quality. The plastic fittings are very brittle and two snapped on assembly. Don’t bother with it.However trader made full refund when contacted, including postage.

I have just received my table, and am pretty shocked at the shoddy quality. It arrived with no instructions, so I had to work out how to assemble it, then I realised that some of the parts wouldn’t fit unless I effectively dismantled the whole thing, including the bits that came pre-made, and re-made it myself.

Luckily, that did work although it was more hassle than it should have been, and the table is now up.

It’s not very sturdy – it does wobble as you use it which is the way it’s designed, but my main issue is with the scratched legs (despite being in bubble wrap on arrival), and the lip around the top of the table.

This lip means that when you lean on the table, whether to write a letter, or use your computer mouse, or perhaps to draw if that’s what you bought it for, you get a painful indent in your arm after a while.

The lip is all the way around so I assume it is deliberate bit it’s actually a hindrance to using the table. In addition, one of the plastic strips that creates this lip is peeling off despite this being brand new.

Ultimately, I feel this product is passable: it’s OK, it does the job in a shoddy kind of way, and it is the cheapest of its kind I could find online, but it’s not going to last long, it has drawbacks, and I can’t say I’d recommend it.

I was looking forward to this arriving but when I opened the box to say I was disappointed would be an understatement, the instructions were in a foreign language, it was just as well it was easy to put together (a little too easy) should have realised then how weak it was going to be. According to the details for use of this product it would be ideal for use as a table for a hot meal and use of a laptop. I would NOT put a hot meal on this and by no means put a HOT drink as the table bends either side and I would not use it for a laptop as it is very flimsy and the wire under the table which adjusts the angle of the table keeps slipping out, therefore your laptop would end up on the floor! Also the push in pegs to adjust the height of the table are too strong and make your fingers hurt whilst trying to adjust it. I would send this back but can’t be bothered with the hassle, I would only use this for playing cards on or leaning on to do a letter or crossword.
